The box also contains a plastic oil bottle with Webley labelling. Original instructions are adhered to the inside of the lid of the box. It is contained in it's original Webley labeled cardboard box with vivid Webley pistol imagery, Junior model detail and Webley's Birmingham 4 address. The front of the cylinder is stamped with serial number '052'. Weapons produced after 1958 were marked either Birmingham or Birmingham 21). 177 Webley & Scott Ltd Birmingham 4 Made In England' (In 1958 Webley relocated their factory from Birmingham 4 to Birmingham 21 Postal area. The left side of the cylinder is stamped 'The Webley Junior. It is undamaged with original finish and black plastic grips with embossed webley logos. NB As a post 1939 Air Weapon the restrictions of the Crime Reduction Bill apply to the sale & delivery of this item. The pistol cocks and fires with a strong spring action.

(see pages 67-73 of Webley Air Pistols by Gordon Bruce). The cylinder is stamped on the right side "Webley & Scott Ltd Birmingham 4" (Birmingham 4 was the Webley Pre 1958 address). On the left side just below the fore sight it is stamped with ".177 MK1". It has "Oil" with a curved arrow on the left side of the cylinder together with " The Webley Mark 1 Made in England". It has the correct Post WW2 milled barrel section to assist grip for cocking and grips with Webley roundels. The pistol is stamped on the end of the cylinder with batch number "938". This is a nice Post WW2 Webley Mark I Air Pistol. The Webley mark 1 Air Pistol was produced between 19 with refinements being made to the model throughout the production period. NB As a post 1939 Air Pistol the restrictions of the Crime Reduction Act apply to the sale & delivery of this item. Original 'instructions for use' are adhered to the inside of the lid. The pistol is contained in it's original Webley cardboard box with Webley labelling & imagery. It cocks and fires perfectly with a strong spring action. The right side is stamped 'Webley & Scott Ltd, Birmingham' and 'Webley Patents' (The pre 1958 Birmingham area code 4 was removed post 1958 after a factory relocation, See of Webley Air Pistols by Bruce). The left side of the cylinder is stamped 'The Webley Senior Made In England' together with 'oil' and arrow indicator pointing to the oil hole located on top of the cylinder. The blue finish has some wear and scratches consistent with age and use.

It has undamaged brown plastic grips with Webley roundels. The box contains it's original instructions and parts list.

The pistol is contained in it's original cardboard box with Webley labelling & imagery. The front of the cylinder is stamped with batch number '849' and under the grip 'E' (Series) together with matching batch number and dated '7.74' (July 1974. The left side of the cylinder has it's original manufacturer's sticker 'Webley & Scott Ltd, Premier, Made In England'. It is undamaged with original finish and black plastic grips with embossed Webley logos. This is an excellent Boxed, Webley Premier 'E' Series.

The 'E' Series designation was stamped on the frame near to or under the left grip (see 119/120 of Webley Air Pistols By Bruce). The Webley Premier 'E' series was introduced in 1972.
